When news media outlets put their own twist on a story that hasn't been finished, it is normally blown way out of portion. The audience wants to believe the news, but how can we when they add their own spin on stories?
Social Media feeds tend to influence us and add to our bias, because we base our outlook on who sent the certain post. If you like them or not determines your bias towards a subject.
Everything is blown out of portion into the national and global level. When it simply is made up and not entirely true. So we need to hear the whole story before we rush it onto the daily news.
These phenomenons affect politics, because the people are demanding the government do something to end these "racial conflicts." When in reality it is just half the story being told and the other half is made up by Social Media, News Broadcasters, and the community.
